Protein-tirozin sulfotransferaza (EC 2.8.2.20, tirozilproteinska sulfotransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 3'-fosfoadenilil-sulfat:protein-tirozin O-sulfotransferaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 3'-fosfoadenilil sulfat + protein tirozin adenozin 3',5'-bisfosfat + protein tirozin-O-sulfat
Tirozinski ostaci pojedinih specifičnih proteina feohromocitoma ćelija pacova mogu da deluju kao akceptori.
